Job Description

  • Plan marketing campaigns
  • Video editing, creation and manage video platforms
  • Manage company websites and social media platforms
  • Manage Ads platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Create products newsletters and promotional emails
  • Design banner and contents creation
  • Work with regional office marketing team
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years experience with social media, website marketing, and etc.
  • Experience with Active Campaign, Hootsuite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, fast learner and as a team player
  • Knowledge in electronics and mechanical industry is an advantage

Job Description

  • Maintain existing accounts, identifying opportunities & prospecting new accounts
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Following up on sales enquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Responsible for entire sales cycle, including meeting customer & providing technical sales support when necessary
  • Work towards overall sales targets & marketing plan

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate our CAD software solutions to potential clients.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

This role involves providing technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring the successful integration and utilization of our ECAD software solutions. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and customers, offering solutions, troubleshooting issues, and building strong customer relationship.

Job Description

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers for ECAD software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our ECAD software products, staying up-to-date with new features and updates.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on ECAD software capabilities and best practices.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to provide input for product improvements and enhancements.
